The following report on the situation at Hoihow during the visit of H.M.8. "POZOLOV:" from 17th goth July; also such laformation as could be obtained about the sitation et akhol, is forwarded in sacordenos with the instructions contained in paragraph 5 of your

Sabour for shipping cargoes in foreign
